Returns & Refunds
SHOP ORDERS: We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you purchased is ripped, torn, or stained. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at p2pprints@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Return or exchange instruction will be relayed via email.
CONTRACT ORDERS: Due to the custom nature of your order, we accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake. We will then replace the order or credit your invoice.
FUNDRAISING ORDERS: Procceeds go to the fundraising organization therefore we are unable to accept returns.
Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped within 1-4 business days based off product availability.
No international Shipping
USPS shipping: 1-3 days
Free Shipping On Orders Over $50
Fundraisers: We allow a 1 week period for orders to come in before we start printing in order to limit unsold shirts so the fundraising organization can maximize funds raised. Please be aware of this initial one week period and expect shipping to begin right after that one week timeframe.
Ordering
Do I need an appointment to come in?
We recommend making appointment by phone or email.
What are your payment terms?
We require 50% deposit on all orders. We accept school purchase orders, and most federal purchase orders. Credit terms may have to be established prior to acceptance of Purchase Orders.
What if I need to change or add shirts to my order?
Once an order is submitted you have 24 hrs to make any changes. Any changes or additions after 24 hrs may incur restocking fees of up to 20%. Changes or additions to your order may delay turn around time.
What if I need to reorder?
If a reorder occurs 30 days from the original date of purchase, we extend the same unit prices per shirt, reset charges will apply. Reorders placed after 30 days will be priced as new orders.
Do I get a price break as my order gets larger?
P2P Printing always offers quantity discounts, meaning the more you order at one time, the more discount you will receive.
Do I have to order all the same size?
No, you can mix and match however you like as long as we can print the same size design on all.
Are white garments cheaper than colors?
Yes, a white t-shirt with a 1 color print is the cheapest combination of shirt and services offered.
How long will my order take?
Our standard turn around time is 5-10 business days depending on order load. You may choose to Rush your order for 3-5 business day service. You may also choose Super Rush service for 1 business day service. Addition charges apply to rush orders
What if I want to cancel my order?
We give you a 24 hr grace period to alter your order. If you decide to cancel beyond 24 hrs, there is a $50 min fee (artwork already prepared may change cancellation fee) and you must pay restocking fees for the garments (typically 20%)
